Race Description
The 2nd Annual Czech American Heritage 5K is set to take place on October 5, 2024, in Temple, Texas. This event invites the community to celebrate Czech heritage, coinciding with Czech Heritage Month and October Fest. Participants will start and finish at Bold Republic Brewing, where those over 21 will receive a complimentary pint of Czech beer.
This year’s race promises not only a competitive yet enjoyable run but also festivities, including live music and vendors, as part of the Octoberfest celebration. Proceeds will benefit the Central Texas Czech Heritage Museum, making this a meaningful event for participants and supporters alike. Registration is open until September 30th to ensure a guaranteed t-shirt for all runners.
