Race Description
The 29th Annual Thanksgiving WALK of Awareness is set to take place on November 28, 2024, in Frankfort, Kentucky. This event serves as the largest fundraiser for ACCESS Soup Kitchen & Men’s Shelter, which provides essential support and services to individuals experiencing homelessness in the community.
Participants can choose to either walk the event in-person starting from the First United Methodist Church or opt for a virtual version of the walk, completing approximately 2.2 miles at their convenience. Registration is open, and participants are encouraged to submit photos of their walks, fostering a sense of community and awareness about homelessness.
