24th Annual Race for Open Space

The 24th Annual Race for Open Space is set to take place on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, in Nantucket, MA. This year’s event includes a 5K and 10K race, as well as a 2-mile walk, catering to a diverse group of participants from serious runners to casual joggers and walkers. All proceeds will support the Foundation's Land Fund, which is dedicated to preserving the island's vital open spaces.

Participants can pick up their bibs on Friday, June 28th, from 9 AM to 3 PM at 118 Cliff Road. Events will kick off early Saturday morning with pre-registration and bib pick-up from 7 AM to 8 AM, followed by the start of the 10K race at 8 AM, the walkers at 8:05 AM, and the 5K runners at 8:10 AM.
