Race Description
The 20th Annual HEAT Kids Triathlon is set to take place on Saturday, August 9, 2025, starting at 7 am at the Sumner County YMCA in Hendersonville, TN. This year's event will feature two age divisions for young athletes, encouraging participation and promoting fitness among children.
Participants in the juniors division, ages 6-10, will tackle a course that includes a 50 yard pool swim, a 2-mile bike ride, and a 1-mile run. Meanwhile, the seniors division, for ages 11-15, will consist of a 100 yard pool swim, a 4-mile bike ride, and a 2-mile run, providing a fun and challenging experience for all involved.
