Race Description
On January 17, 2025, the 2025 TOUGH SHEEP Workout will take place at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, NV. This unique event invites participants to engage in a challenging workout designed to simulate the demanding physical exertions of a sheep hunting expedition. The activity emphasizes completion rather than competition, and all proceeds will support wild sheep conservation efforts, aiming to raise a substantial contribution for the Wild Sheep Foundation.
Participants will face a rigorous workout consisting of various stations involving step-ups, burpees, and farmer carries, requiring them to bring hunting backpacks. Although competitive divisions will be available, all participants are encouraged to complete the workout, highlighting the spirit of perseverance essential for hunting. Registration is currently open, but prices will increase to $150 on November 1, 2024, making now a great time to sign up for this memorable event.
