Race Description
The 2025 Tawas Bay Summerfest 5k/10k is set to take place on July 12, 2025, at the East Tawas Community Center in East Tawas, Michigan. Organized by Tawas Wellness Warriors in collaboration with the Tawas Area Chamber of Commerce, this event aims to promote wellness in Iosco County, with all proceeds benefitting local organizations.
Participants can choose between a 5k run/walk or a 10k run, with registration currently open. Early registration fees are $25 for the 5k and $30 for the 10k, with prices increasing closer to the event date. The race features awards for various age categories, and all participants are encouraged to register online and partake in the festivities, which include a timing chip system and a medal ceremony following the runs.
