Race Description
The 2025 Ochsner Lafayette General Zydeco Marathon is set to take place from March 15 to March 16, 2025, in Lafayette, Louisiana. This event includes multiple race formats such as a full marathon, half marathon, team relay, 5K, and a 1-mile race for children. The courses are USATF sanctioned and certified, making it a qualifying event for prestigious marathons like Boston.
Participants will receive race bibs, shirts, medals, and access to the Finish Line Festival featuring food and music. Adequate hydration stations will be available, supported by medical personnel throughout the course. Registrations are currently open, and a late registration option will be available during packet pick-up before the race weekend.
