Race Description
The 2025 Lander Reverse Triathlon is set to take place on June 14, 2025, in Lander, Wyoming. This unique triathlon offers a challenging course that caters to various age groups, including options for adults, teens, and kids. Participants can choose to compete individually or form teams, making it an inclusive event for the whole family.
The triathlon includes multiple formats, with individuals aged 13 and older participating in a 5k run, 32k bike ride, and 600-yard swim. Teen participants aged 12 to 15 have a short course that consists of a 3k run, 20k bike ride, and 300-yard swim, while younger kids aged 6 to 12 will take on a 0.5-mile run, 1.5-mile bike ride, and 100-yard swim.
