Race Description
The Alabama Power Service Organization (APSO) is set to host the 14th Annual APSO Power Run on March 1st, 2025. This highly anticipated 5K event will take place at the Trussville Entertainment District in Trussville, Alabama. Following the 5K, participants can also enjoy a Children’s 1k Fun Run, which will commence after the awards presentation for the 5k.
The APSO Power Run aims to raise awareness and funds to benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Central Alabama (BGCCA), which provides a safe environment for children and teens to learn and grow. Organizers emphasize the importance of this initiative in providing life-enhancing programs and character development experiences to enrich the lives of youth in the Birmingham area. Registration for the event is currently open.
