Race Description
The 2024 Veterans Salute 5K and 10K, organized by American Legion Post 51, is scheduled to take place on November 2, 2024, in Concord, North Carolina. This annual race pays tribute to veterans and encourages community involvement. Participants can choose between a 5K and a 10K course, both of which have been certified by USATF.
Racers will start on McCachern Blvd, with the 5K route featuring a turnaround at Tribune and the 10K route extending into downtown Concord. Pre-registration is open until October 12, 2024, with special t-shirts and hoodies available for early registrants. Race day registration will begin at 7:30 AM, with fees increased by $10 for late sign-ups.
