Race Description
The Rocktown Turkey Trot is set to take place on Thanksgiving morning, November 28, 2024, at 8:30 AM in Harrisonburg, VA. This annual event features a four-mile course designed for all skill levels, making it suitable for both novice runners and experienced participants alike. Runners will be provided with a race bib and chip timing device at packet pickup, ensuring a professionally timed experience.
In addition to the main race, the event includes the Gobble Gobble Kids Dash at 8:00 AM, which invites children to enjoy a fun run through the closed streets of Court Square in Harrisonburg. The Kids Dash will wrap up before the main Turkey Trot begins, creating an exciting atmosphere for families celebrating Thanksgiving together.
