Race Description
The 2024 Paint the Town Pink 5K Fun Walk Glow Run is set to take place on October 18, 2024, at Woodruff Park in Columbus, Georgia. This uplifting event aims to raise funds for the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Cancer Assistance Fund, benefiting local individuals and families battling cancer. With both walking and running categories, participants are encouraged to don their glow gear to illuminate the night as they support a great cause.
Registration is currently open, with an entry fee of $25 for walkers aged 12 and older, and $35 for runners, which includes a t-shirt. Prices will increase leading up to the event, so early registration is advisable for those wishing to secure a t-shirt. Packet pick-up is scheduled for October 17, with race day registration available on October 18 starting at 4 PM. Runners will be timed, making this event beneficial for those seeking qualifications for other races.
