Race Description
Join us on October 12, 2024, for the 12th annual Child Advocates Superhero Run at CITYCENTRE Houston! The event features a chip-timed 5K run starting at 8am, followed by a 1K run at 9am, with an awards ceremony for the race and costume contest afterward. Participants are encouraged to dress as superheroes and make a day out of running, walking, or spectating to support the cause.
Proceeds from the race will support Child Advocates, an organization dedicated to providing advocacy for abused and neglected children in the Houston area. Volunteers play a crucial role in ensuring that children's needs are met while navigating the foster care system. The event not only promotes fitness but also raises awareness and funds for this important work.
