Race Description
The 2024 Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Mission 5K Run and 5K Walk is set to take place on Saturday, October 19th, starting at 9:30 am. This community-oriented event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities and will be held along the picturesque Freedom Bike and Hike Trail, conveniently located just one block from the church in Akron, OH.
Participants are encouraged to register for the event to support three local nonprofit organizations, receiving 100% of the entry fees. The event promotes family fun through running, walking, and socializing, and attendees will receive a commemorative event shirt, along with a complimentary lunch featuring traditional Greek cuisine.
