Race Description
The Atlantic City Fire Fighters Local 198 is set to host the 19th Annual Seedorf / McMeekin Memorial 5K Run on August 24, 2025, at 9:30 AM. The event will take place on the Atlantic City Boardwalk, starting and finishing in front of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, serving as a tribute to Fire Fighters John Seedorf and Police Officer Thomas McMeekin.
Participants can expect a scenic out-and-back course along the boardwalk, with complimentary food and discounted drinks for registered runners. Awards will be given to the top finishers in various categories, and a DJ will provide music for a small after-party. Registration fees are set at $35, increasing to $40 closer to the event date, with same-day registration available at a higher price.
