Race Description
The 19th Annual Hometown Hustle 5K & 1 Mile Superhero Color Run/Walk is set to take place on September 28, 2024, at the Chief Financial Credit Union in Rochester, Michigan. This highly anticipated event is part of the Rochester Community Schools Foundation's initiative to promote fitness and support education, attracting over 1,100 participants each year.
This year's event will feature a timed 5K fun run/walk and an exciting 1-mile superhero color run, where participants will be splashed with colors as they complete the course. The morning will kick off with an opening ceremony at 8 a.m., followed by the fun runs starting at 8:10 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. respectively. Participants will also receive a swag bag, including a t-shirt and cape, while schools compete for a $1,000 prize for the highest participation.
