Race Description
The 14th Annual Bill Cross 5K is scheduled to take place on October 13, 2024, at Zona Rosa in Kansas City, Missouri. This event aims to raise funds for Feed Northland Kids, a local nonprofit dedicated to addressing food insecurity among children in the region.
All proceeds from the race will support various programs including food pantries and community food kits, particularly benefiting over 11,000 food-insecure children in Clay and Platte counties. The race is held in memory of Bill Cross, a former Mayor of Gladstone and a beloved educator and mentor.
