Race Description
The 12th Annual Lucky Leprechaun 5k is set to take place on March 9, 2025, in Milton, Delaware. This popular race, organized by Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant, aims to raise funds for local benefactors including the Milton Fire Department and the Milton Chamber of Commerce. The event has seen significant growth since its inception in 2008, with participation increasing from just a dozen entries in its first year to a record 588 in 2023.
Participants can register for the race on the day of the event or pre-register for a lower fee. The 5k will feature a newly measured loop course starting and finishing at Irish Eyes, with amenities including race shirts, refreshments, and prizes for top finishers across various categories. The race will commence at 11 am, following a tradition of community involvement and support.
